Ha ha ha they don't give a rat's As- about anybody that lives there. They have you by the balls because where are you going to go. Every one that knew anything there quit. Or they fired without proof of wrong doing. I should know I worked with them for 13 years. I quit because of harassment Now I work for a great company in A New state. Awesome INTERNET. AND TV. JUSTICE SAYING. I should say I worked with them for 3 years because of the buyout the rest was with a better company. That's gone now. Call and ask for Quinn Matthews he really cares. ( not ). Ha ha ha .. He's the biggest a?? Kisser there ever was He will lie to your face and not flinch a bit. Good luck. Remember he's a back stabber.

It's fine when it works, but when it doesn't, good luck getting them to fix it. My internet, phone, and cable have all been out for the past month. When I call (you get someone in Texas), I am told that there is no problem, and that if they come out and its in my house, they will charge me $50 unless I buy their maintenance service. When I get the first tech to come out (that took a week) he tells me its MY router, and that I need a new one. I call the router company who charge me $89.95 because our tech support had expired. Their tech discovers nothing wrong with our router, and tells Suddenlink it's THEIR problem. Then begins the parade of weekly techs, multiple phone calls, and three trips to the local office until, surprise! They get around to fixing it. FOUR WEEKS! Now we start the negotiations for refunding me the money I'm out. What a fun company. And , no, this is not my first problem with them. Don't get me started. With luck, someone will break their monopoly.
